Attached whistle make it ready to go- all for a great price. Heavy duty Fabric Whistle is stowed in a sewn in pocket on the inside of the left chest near the shoulder strap. The whistle is secured by a cord sewn into the base of the pocket (see images). Whistle is easily detached from the leash if required.
