This spigot is for VE branded paddles and will fit their shafts. It will also fit shaft size of approximately 30 – 30.5 mm external diameter and the Spigot size is approx 28mm ( Clamping diameter ) Please note that size is approximate and shafts are often sanded before gluing this joiner into place so best to take the dimensions loosely and safest to use this only on a VE paddle although it will likely work on many other brands. (Kajak Sport or VE Metal Paddle joiners will both fit VE paddles) Instructions, Glue and other tools are not provided with this item. You will need to remove the old joiner and glue this one on with an appropriate glue (if replacing an existing spigot) or cut and glue if creating a new 2 piece paddle.
