These Surge kids paddles come with symmetrical blades made from Fibreglass reinforced Polypropylene plastic. The shaft is a smaller diameter than adult sizes and made from aluminum making for a super tough and light paddle, great for smaller kids! This 2 piece paddle splits for easy storage and transport and the join is a tough and reliable (swaged rather than glued) making a simple system with a spring button lock The join is set to provide a 0 degree offset angle on the blades (flat angle). Designed to suit smaller paddlers in smaller kayaks.
